Welcome to Hibiroo. By accessing or using https://hibiroo.com/ (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register or make purchases. Minors may browse but cannot enter into transactions.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. We may suspend or terminate accounts providing false data.

Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in INR. Prices and offers can change without prior notice; final payable amount is confirmed at checkout.
  • By placing an order you authorize us to charge the specified payment method through our secure payment partners.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Product Information & Use

  • Product imagery, color, fragrance, finish or packaging may vary slightly from the images on the Platform. Such variations are not defects.
  • Use products per instructions. We are not liable for misuse, improper storage or handling.

Prohibited Conduct & IP

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hibiroo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the courts in India.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains how Hibiroo collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data when you use the Platform. By using the Platform you consent to this processing.

What We Collect

  • Identity data: name, date of birth (if provided), identity/address proof (only when necessary).
  • Contact data: delivery address, phone number, email.
  • Payment data: card/UPI/bank details are processed by secure payment partners — we do not store full card data on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies and session identifiers.
  • Usage data: order history, search and preference data, reviews and ratings.

How We Use Your Data

  • To process and fulfil orders, manage deliveries and returns, and provide customer support.
  • To send transactional messages and optional promotional communications (you may opt out of marketing messages).
  • To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
  • To analyze trends and improve our products and Platform experience.

With Whom We Share

Security Notice Hibiroo will never ask for your full card number, PIN, OTP or password over phone or email. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us — do not share and report immediately.
3. Return Policy

Overview

We provide returns for eligible products within the timelines and conditions below. All returns are subject to verification and approval.

Timelines & Processing

  • Return Request: Customers may initiate returns for eligible products within 3 to 4 days from delivery.
  • Processing: Damaged and defective items will be processed within 4 to 5 days after we receive the return/claim.
  • Replacement Delivery: Replaced products will be delivered to the customer within 3 days from approval.

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days.

Process

  • Raise a return via your account or contact support with order number, photos (for damaged items), and reason for return.
  • We will verify the claim and arrange inspection if required. After approval we will proceed with refund or replacement per the timelines above.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes, broken hygiene seals and tampered products are not eligible unless defective on delivery.
  • Customized/personalized items are non-returnable except where defective.
4. Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Issued

  • Order cancellations before dispatch (subject to cancellation rules).
  • Approved returns for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
  • When products are unavailable or not shipped due to fulfilment issues.

Processing & Timeline

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after verification and approval.

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer's bank account within 3 to 4 days.

Note: Actual bank/UPI processing time may vary by the customer's bank or payment provider. Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

5. Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage & Timeline

  • Coverage: Deliveries across India; some remote or restricted pincodes may need extra time.
  • Standard Time: 4 to 6 days from order confirmation, subject to stock and location.

Processing & Tracking

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are usually processed same day; otherwise next business day.
  • You will receive tracking details via SMS / Email / WhatsApp once the order ships.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to bad weather, strikes, courier issues, festivals, or force majeure events.
  • For incorrect addresses or failed delivery due to customer error, return/reship charges may apply.
